Telangana Cyber Security Bureau registered a case after the hospital alleged that patient records, employee information and internal documents were published online.
Customer information and internal documents appeared on the dark web after a compromised employee email account provided unauthorized access. Bank said core banking systems remained secure.
Files connected to Reliance's work on the Kudankulam nuclear plant appeared on a dark-web site. Reliance confirmed a partial breach of data on a third-party Yotta server; authorities investigated.
A cyberattack resulted in confidential manufacturing/component documents linked to Apple and Tesla appearing online.
Indian smart-home company was listed by Cl0p in connection with an alleged data breach; breach trackers report a claimed ~980 GB dataset.
